Meet our team!
Jacquelynn is thrilled to have a job that allows her to spend the day thinking about the French culture and language, which she loves.
Jacquelynn spent 18 months in the Paris suburb of Jouy-en-Josas and another 18 months in the Bourbonnais in rural Auvergne. She had the good fortune to travel a lot during this period and loves the Rhône Valley.
Her time in France led her to study French literature and history in college. She then spent five years as a pastry chef, recreating things she’d eaten in France.
Jacquelynn lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two sons (14 & 19), two cats and a dog. She loves to read, cook, sew, knit, garden and watch the clouds go by at her rural one-room schoolhouse cabin.
Rosa joined Vistas in April 2019 and hasn’t looked back since. She enjoys being part of a small (and awesome!) team and working directly with teachers to help make unforgettable student trips a reality.
As a young girl, Rosa daydreamed of the glamour of Paris, but her interest in French was really sparked by the Haitian culture of a close friend in high school. She had the opportunity to spend her senior year on exchange at Université Paul Valéry in Montpellier, France, and returned to the country after college to spend 8 months as an English teaching assistant at a high school in Toulouse.
Rosa lives in Uptown with her best friend. In her free time, she loves exploring the city on long walks, going to museums, trying new gastronomic restaurants and getting sucked into the latest true crime documentary or podcast.

Maegan Caudill
Host Program Coordinator
Maegan loves nothing more than sharing her love of French language and culture with people around her, so she is always thrilled to bring French students into American communities.
Maegan traveled with Vistas In Education at the age of 17 to Terrasson, a small village in the Dordogne region in southwestern France. A year later, her French host sister came to stay with her family in the small Wisconsin town north of Chicago where she grew up.
Maegan called Lille home for a year while she studied French language and grammar. She stayed on in this city in northern France for another summer as an intern, guiding international students attending a French université.
Maegan enjoyed traveling all over northern Europe during her stay. Now based in Minnesota, in addition to traveling, Maegan loves reading, running, cooking, walking her pup, and having a warm cup of tea on a rainy day.
Lina joined Vistas in January 2020 and will be working there until July 2020.
She loves to work in this dynamic and fun environment, and she is happy to be a part of these French students trip in the US.
Lina grew up in Paris and studied in La Rochelle for her master’s degree in Trilingual International Business (English, Spanish, Portuguese).
She has worked in Bristol, UK for a couple of months in 2018 and now she is thrilled to be working in Minneapolis. Working in the US has always been a dream and she enjoy the US life a lot.
In her free time during winter she loves to watch movies and series (she is a movie maniac and is able to watch movies for an entire week-end) but as soon as the weather is nicer she loves to walk, work out, visit museums, parks and cities in general.
