Upon receipt from Paris office Family Stay List

October 1 Fall registrations and Itinerary Preference Questionnaire due (if you have not already sent it)
November 15 $800 payment due
Family Stay materials and Own Family requests due
Nominate three students for Chre Famille letter contest
December 1 Flight Deviation / Own Air release forms due
January 10 Final Balance Due
Air Name List and Phone Chain due
Groups will be ticketed only after all participants are paid in full
