Day 2
Paris - Arrival and welcome in Paris. Transfer to your Paris hotel. Afternoon to discover the places you have studied in your French classes.
Day 3
Paris - Spend the day exploring the monuments and museums of the French capital. Possibilities include the Musée D’Orsay, Jardin des Tuileries, and Arc de Triomphe. See the “City of Light” from a different perspective on an evening boat ride on the Seine.
Day 4-10
Family Stay - The family stay was the best! It gave us a real taste of French culture while making a life-long friend!

Day 11
Tours - Depart for the Vallée de la Loire stopping to visit the cathedral and city of Chartres. Discover the enormous château of Chambord built by François Premier as a hunting lodge.
Day 12
Vichy - Morning visit of the château of Chenonceau. In the afternoon, travel to Vichy, the center of France’s ancient volcanic region.
Day 13
Avignon - Discover the Pont du Gard, the famous Roman aqueduct, along the way to Avignon. Spend the afternoon visiting the city, including le Palais des Papes. Dance on the famous Pont St Bénézet.
Day 14
Provence - Explore the Roman ruins in Nîmes. Enjoy the afternoon in the wildlife refuge of the Camargue with an optional horseback riding excursion.
Day 15
Nice - With a stop in Aix-en-Provence, you’ll visit the city and a fabrique de santons. Continue on to the Côte d’Azur. Time for a late afternoon swim in the Mediterranean.
Day 16
Nice - Tour the Chagall Memorial and Matisse Museum in Nice in the morning. Afternoon scenic drive to Monaco, stopping to visit the inland village of St Paul de Vence.
Day 17
Chamonix - See perfume making in Grasse on your way to Chamonix. Enjoy the beauty of the French Alps en route to your destination.
Day 18
Chamonix - Visit the picturesque city of Annecy in the morning. Optional excursions by cog train to La Mer de Glace, a giant glacier, or by cable car to the Aiguille du Midi.
Day 19
Paris - Discover Beaune in the heart of Burgundy. Tour les Hospices de Beaune, built as a hospital in the Middle Ages. Stop to see the medieval village of Vézelay en route to Paris.
Day 20
Paris - Day of sightseeing organized by your teacher: Ile de la Cité, Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou!
Day 21
Paris - Day at leisure in Paris. Enjoy a special farewell dinner at "58 Tour Eiffel" on the first level of the Eiffel Tower for Early Sign-up students.
Day 22
Return flight to USA.
