Registration & Payment

  • To register, students must fill out a Student Registration Form (original copy only).

    • Contact VIE for additional student registration forms as needed.
  • Teachers must complete an Organizing Teacher Registration Form. Download Adult Registration Form for paying adults, and/or Chaperone Registration Form for non-paying chaperones

  • Be sure to verify that all information on each registration form is complete, including pictures and parent/student signatures.

  • Verify that there is a check for $400 made payable to VIE and that the participant's last name is written on the memo portion of the check. Alphabetize all checks according to the participants' last names. Do not staple checks to registration forms.

  • Have parents keep the first page of the registration form, which includes the Payment and Cancellation Policy. Be sure that parents have a copy of the price quotation for your program.

  • If you have not already sent your Itinerary Preference Questionnaire, enclose it with your registration materials.

All payments and materials are to be collected by you, alphabetized, and sent to VIE as a group. Please keep an accurate record of all checks and materials you send in case of any discrepancies. We strongly advise you to send payments and Family Stay materials by certified mail. If it is important for you to know that your materials have been received by VIE before a balance sheet is sent, you should request a return receipt from the post office.
