PRICE INFORMATION

VIE will send you a specific price quotation for your group based on your travel dates, number of students traveling, number of chaperones and the chosen itinerary. Please familiarize yourself with the prices and distribute to all participants and parents. Please contact VIE if you have any questions about your price quotation.

Early Sign-Up

Registering by June 15^th allows us to offer the best program prices. Early Sign-up prices are less than Fall registration. In addition, students whose registrations and payments are POSTMARKED by June 15^th will receive tickets for the Eiffel tower and will enjoy a dinner on the first level of the Eiffel Tower!

Student to Teacher Ratio

The standard ratio is 1 to 10.

VIE can accommodate student/teacher ratios of less than 1 to 10. Prices will be adjusted accordingly.

Matching & Group Size

If you are participating in a 2 or 3 week program your group will likely be matched up with at least one other school while touring outside of Paris.

If you would like to travel as your own group, please contact VIE for the minimum number of required participants.
