Hosting a French student is an exciting and enriching experience for the entire family! By welcoming a young person as a member of your family and not just as a guest, he or she will take part in all aspects of your family’s daily life and activities. Opening your home to a young French person will allow your family to learn about a new culture, as well as make a new friendship that can last a lifetime.

From our office in Minneapolis, VIE staff coordinate the largest U.S. host program which brings approximately 100 French students to Minnesota each summer.
